  • HOW DO I PAY?
    You can use Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or an American Two Shot Gift Card!
  • I HAVE A GIFT CARD! HOW DO I USE IT?
    Ok, we have two types of gift cards: Store Gift Cards and Online Gift Cards. Store Gift Cards can only be used IN-STORE, and not online. Online Gift Cards can only be used ONLINE, and not instore. Got it?. Also, gift cards don't cover the cost of shipping and tax.
  • WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?
    You will be charged at the time of purchase.
  • I'M TRYING TO CHECK OUT, WHAT'S WITH THE ERROR MESSAGE I'M SEEING?
    If you get an error message when you're trying to check out, there may be a problem with your credit card information, or with your billing / shipping info. Make sure your billing address matches exactly what your bank has on file. Also, make sure you only click "Place Order" once to avoid making more than one bank authorization.
  • WHY WON'T MY ORDER GO THROUGH?
    Oh no! Make sure you're using the latest version of your web browser and that you've double checked to make sure all of your information has been entered correctly. If you're still having trouble, contact our Customer Service at:

  • AVAILABILITY
    If you have ordered an item that is no longer available, we will contact you immediately by phone or email. Availability of all products is not guaranteed.
  • WAIT, I WANT TO CHANGE SOMETHING ON MY ORDER.
    Email or call us ASAP! We try to process orders within a few hours, so you better act fast.
  • I'M NOT CLEAR ON THE SIZE / FIT OF A PRODUCT.

  • YOU SOLD OUT, BUT I WANT IT!
    If we sold out of something you love, don't despair! Click the "Notify Me" button and we'll let you know when we get your item back in stock.
  • HOW DO I SEE MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?
    A few minutes after you place your order, we'll email you a copy of your order confirmation. If you're not seeing it, check your spam folder because sometimes inboxes be trying to spam us! You can also check it by logging into your account on our site.
  • RETURN POLICY
    Making a return or exchange is easy. Just make sure you request a RA number and send your item(s) back to us within 14 days after receiving your order. We accept only full price, unworn merchandise with tags and original packaging in tact (note: all sale items are final sale!). American Two Shot maintains the right to refuse a return if the merchandise does not meet our standards. In order to request a return, email hello@americantwoshot.com to receive a return authorization code. We can not issue a return or exchange without this code. American Two Shot is not responsible for any further shipping costs. Sorry!

  • FINAL SALE
    Final sale items include: All sale items, lingerie, swim, socks, jewelry, vintage, international orders, fragrance, eyewear, books and magazines.
  • FAILED DELIVERIES
    If the mail carrier is unable to delivery a package due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, or the customer's refusal to pay duties, or many failed attempts to deliver, we will not be responsible the payment of return shipping costs, nor are we responsible for the cost of re-shipping merchandise back to you.
  • DELAYS
    Severe weather and natural disasters happen! We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by stuff like this. You get it.
  • AM I PAYING INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES?
    If we are shipping something to you overseas, your order may be subject to duties and taxes once it arrives in your country. Usually this means about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise, but will really depend upon where you live. By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees. If you choose to refuse your shipment from us, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to American Two Shot. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded
